Street light
Adequate street lighting is basic requirement in towns and cities and large parts of cities and towns of Assam do not have these facilities and the citizens are put to inconvenience.
To address this problem, the Govt. would like to take up a unique project of installation of 15000 Energy Efficient LED lights in all the ULBs of Assam. For this purpose an amount of Rs. 1000.00 lakhs has been earmarked in the Budget for the year 2017-18.
